What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, agency details, and the content you choose to upload or share through Foyer. We also collect basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

We use this information to provide client portals, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send service messages, and improve the product. On public pages, Foyer may record anonymous page views, the sections viewed, and approximate time spent on each page. This uses a temporary session identifier and does not record your IP address or account content. We do not sell your personal information.

Your content

Your agency remains responsible for the files and updates you place in Foyer. We process that content only to provide the workspace and portal features you request.

Third-party services

Foyer uses infrastructure and payment providers, including Supabase and Paddle, to operate authentication, storage, and billing. Those providers process information according to their own policies.
